The 6 metres high French windows lead to a large terrace and offer a stunning view over the village. There is also a sauna, a hydro massage bath, a cross-country exercise machine, a baby grand Steinway piano and a private lift (elevator) which serves both levels. The main loft living area has a illuminated and adjustable table designed by Heinz Julen, a fireplace set into the glass wall, large sofas, two desks, jack-in-the-box armchairs, a wall of art and a signature Heinz Julen chandelier. In the main living area there are 2 double bedrooms (with Austrian twin beds) both with en suite bathrooms, with shower and W/C. The master bedroom is ‘hidden´ on the top floor, It has a king size bed, an en suite bathroom and a private hydro massage bath. The internal lift stops next to the open plan kitchen with the breakfast table. The bar and guest toilet are also located here. The sense of space, light and closeness to nature that the Loft provides is unparalleled. All guests of the Heinz Julen Loft have reduced-price access to the Backstage Hotel Genesis Spa. Pets on request. Our Rates include: Concierge Service, Wifi, VAT and cleaning on departure. City Tax not included. Daily cleaning on request. Pets on request. Upon your arrival in resort we will ask for your credit card details by way of security for any damage you may cause to the property you are staying in. This Chalet can also be booked with full cooked breakfast and daily cleaning. This service includes also a mid-week linen and towel change and service bar. The minimum length of stay is one week. Weekly Supplement on self-catered basis rate is: CHF 3,000.- If you would like to rent this chalet with half-board we will offer you additionally: Afternoon tea and cake, champagne with canapes, magnificent 4 course gourmet dinner, different wine pairs (white and red) each evening, Children's menu if required, Open bar. The minimum length of stay is one week. Weekly Supplement on self-catered basis rate is: CHF 6,500.- If rented with breakfast or catered you will receive a 5* service from our qualified chef and housekeeper staff, on 6 out of 7 days. This luxury ski chalet "The Heinz Julen Loft" was Heinz's private home where he hosted many rock-star parties. Access is a through a tunnel in the centre of Zermatt and an elevator for which you will have a personal key code. The elevator brings you high up to the terrace of the Omnia Hotel, from where it is a 2 minute walk to the chalet. The village end of the lift delivers you to the heart of Zermatt, in the main street close to the church. Our concierge team will ensure that you get the most out of your holiday and look after you before, during and after your stay with us. They will help you select a number of other services.
