Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Residence "Ringstrasse (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, 20 m from the skiing area. In the house: bar, lounge, table tennis, playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Bread roll service and beverage service. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, public car park at 50 m, extra. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, thermal baths 300 m. Tennis 500 m, cable car, skisport facilities, slopes 20 m, sled run, cross country ski track 500 m, ice field 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Leukerbad Torrent. Hiking paths: Gemmi 1 km. The house is located on the southwest wooded slope, directly next to the Torrent cable car. Only a small staircase separates the house from the station downstream. Parking: winter: parking space for 35CHF / week, box (garage) for 70CHF / week, summer: free parking place, box (garage) for 35CHF / week. The rental includes the "Leukerbad Plus Card". It offers free use of the "Ringjet" bus, free access to the beginners ski area "Snowpark Sportarena (Erli)", free access to the sports center (badminton, tennis, squash, billiards, table, ice skating, football, futsal, mini golf, etc.), 15% discount on the purchase price of a ski pass and swimming. And 10% discount on subscriptions and pass to access the thermal baths and take the mountain trains.
