In the centre of la Croisette, directly by the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking, public parking 50 m on the road. Shop, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant 50 m. Sports centre 100 m, skisport facilities 20 m, slopes, ski school 50 m, ski-kindergarten 200 m.
