82 km north-west of Jyvaskyla, Iso-Loytanajarvi 20 m (length 5 km, a width of 1 km), hard, sandy, gently sloping beach, own boat. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".

Log cabin Cabin 1997, a living room, kitchen, hall, entrance hall, dressing room, bathroom, bath, bedroom with double bed and two pages of the covered terraces. Upstairs bedroom with a double bed and a bed, loft space bed and 2 mattresses and a balcony. The villa has a mechanical ventilation, central vacuum cleaner, the kitchen has also wood stove, running water comes from a spring. Owner rents out a lakeside sauna and pre-heated hot tub for extra price 150 e/one use (winter time 200e), distance about 200 m from the cottage. Lakeside sauna and hot tub can be rented if clients of the other cottage haven't yet rent it. Internet connection available through the owner if needed. The villa is located on slopes, stairs from the yard to the beach. Barbecue in the yard and log woodshed. In shared use: well-equipped barbecue hut and a lean-to 3 km away by a waymarked hiking / cross-country skiing track. Gently sloping beach, campfire site and a boat in 1 km distance from the cottage. For the owner's three rented cottages a total of 2 sup boards can be rented, price 20 e / pc / day. The ski center Paavonrinteet 19 km, the Stone age village (Summassaari 22 km), Peurunkagolf 65 km, Pyha-Hakin National Park 40 km, Julmat lammit nature area 8 km, park and fishing village 10 km, Wanhat Wehkeet Car Museum 25 km. Catering available at the villa.
