Description

An atmospheric cabin in town. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".

Near the Arctic Circle, Santa's Village and Ounasvaara ski resort. Log-built yard cabin, built in 2006, is located in the Saarenkyla district of detached houses. Owner's house is near and own road lead to the cabin. The cabin is renewed and renovated in 2021. Living room/kitchen with sofa bed, sleeping alcove with double bed, washroom/WC and covered terrace. There is no sauna in the cabin. Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the prices. The double bed is pre-made and bed linen for the sofa bed is ready in the cabin. Pets allowed for an additional fee of 22 e/pet. Please add a pet fee to your booking according to the number of pets. The area is peaceful and there is no traffic passing through. On the other side of the cabin is forest and railway. Only a couple of trains operate on the railway daily. On the neighboring plot, there is a construction yard of a row house. Construction will begin in the winter of 2021 - 2022. Available from the owner: Yard sauna 10 € / day incl. firewood, bicycles 10 € / day incl. helmet, summer kitchen 10 € / day incl. gas. Services in the center of Rovaniemi 3 km (e.g. Arktikum science center, Korundi culture house, Pilke science center, etc.). Arctic Circle 5 km. 10 min drive to the airport and train station, 10 min to the beach. Hop-Lop 1 km, nearest shops approx. 2 km. Ounasvaara ski resort 2,3 km. Ounasvaara has ski slopes and good ski trail network. In the late winter, during March-April, also a maintained ski trail runs close to the cabin, distance is about 100 m. Ranua Wildlife Park 81 km.
