Description

25 km south-west of Rovaniemi, Isonmaanlampi pond 40 m (length 200 m, width 100 m), deep, soft mud bottom, swimming possible off jetty, own boat. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".

Log cottage 1970, renovated 2005, kitchen, bedroom 2 beds (fireplace and dining table loacted also in room), alcove bunk (alcove with door), fireplace room 2 beds, washroom/wc, sauna (electric stove), terrace. Pondside sauna with dressing room. Eliectric light and reflecting heater in dressing room, water for sauna is carried from the pond. Washing machine is situated in separatedl room, entrance outside the cottage. There are two fireplaces and a wood heated stove in the cabin. Also available: transferable wood-heated hot tub for 4-6 persons (by advance booking for extra payment to the owner). Please mention if you want to book the tub in the additional information. Prices 2017: 250 €/weekend, 100 € / extra day. Starting price 250 € includes filling of the tub and beginning of the heating. Clients must continue the heating themselves. Note! Tap water in cottage contains iron, owner brings drinking water. Very peaceful place, no other cottages on pond shore. Skiing track from cottage yard, made by the owner, length about 2 km. Lighted skiing track, length 2,5 km, diistance from the cottage 3,5 km, in addition there is skiing track 15 km. For rent children's snow mobile (price 2017, 50 €/day, includes one tank of gasoline). Maximum weight of children 40 kg. Please mention if you want to book the snow mobile in the additional information. For rent 4 snow shoes. Rent 2017: 5 €/day/person. Please mention if you want to book the snow shoes in the additional information. Summer cafe and bakery shop 1 km (both open in summer). Rovaniemi city centre 25 km, Ounasvaara ski resort 25 km, Arctic Circle and Santa Claus Holiday Village 34 km. Ranua Zoo 55 km.
