Description

205 km north-west of Rovaniemi, L.Akasjarvi 30 m (length 15 km, width 2 km), shallow shore, stony bottom, jetty, own boat. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".

Shore shared with other cottage. Planed log cottage (one half of semi-detached house unit) on 3 floors, built in 1996. Downstairs: sauna, washroom, large lounge, convertible sofa/bed in lounge, terrace. Middle floor: living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, bedroom 1 bed, balcony. On the sleeping loft (steep stairs) 3 beds. Two fridges. Note! For additional price will be available 60 m² of additional space and 5 beds. The additional space will cost 25% more (cost is added on top of the normal price). If you want to book this additional space, please make reservation by phone/e-mail. Further information about the additonal space: Downstairs is another living area with an alcove (sliding door) with 2 beds and toilet. In addition, on the loft there is another section with three beds more. These facilities are locked, if the customer does not booked them for an extra cost. Note! If you book the additional space and you want to pay for the final cleaning, is the cleaning price for whole area 200 € Spacious cottage on shore of large lake in hilly (fell) part of Lapland. Campfire place and lean-to on shore (in shared use). Several fells and ski resorts easily accessible. Area offers wide range of hobbies and sports. Ski trail and snowmobile trail nearby. Good fishing and hunting opportunities (note: licences). Yllas-Pallastunturi National Park starts on other side of lake. Olostunturi 16 km, Pallas 23 km, Levi 37 km, Yllas 36 km. Kittila airport 53 km. Taidegalleria Raekallio (art gallery) 20 km, Kellokas nature centre for visitors 36 km.
