26 km north of Kuusamo, East Ruka (Vuosseli) 3.8 km, Western Ruka (Ruka village) 8 km. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".

Log cabin built in 2011. Downstairs: living room, fireplace, open plan kitchen, hall, shower room with two showers, electric sauna, bedroom with double bed, bed room with 2 beds, 2 toilets, large terrace. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, lounge with convertible sofa for 2 persons, toilet, balcony. Large terrace facing south, lockable ski storage. Carport for one car (socket 16 A), woodshed. 2 x children's high chair and 2x travel cot. Wireless internet connection, speed 4Mb. One ski pass during the winter season included in the price. Beautifully decorated and spacious log cabin in a peaceful area in the east side of Ruka. Spacious cottage also for bigger group of for example 2 families. The destination is well suited as a venue for summer parties, for example. However, please ask permission for parties and/or for possible exceeding for number of persons beforehand from Lomarengas, thank You. Good quality cookware and set of dishes. Two hot water containers (totally 600 l) ensure that there are enough of hot water for several persons. Ca. 3.8 km to the slopes, ski trails and snowmobile routes are also close. In summer hiking trail Valtavaara is ca. 4 km away from the cottage. There are television set both downstairs and upstairs. DVD-player is upstairs. Gas grill in summer use. It is not allowed to bring a rental hot tub to the yard. The price for final cleaning is higher than in price list, if cleaning is not ordered and the apartment is left uncleaned. Cottage is at the clients disposal from 16.00 (4 pm) on the day of arrival to 12.00 (12 noon) on the day of departure, also in weekend reservations.
