165 km to the north from Rovaniemi, located in Ylinen Palovaara area in the village Yllasjarvi. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Gable apartment in a row house, made from log, built in 1989. Living room/kitchen with spreadable sofa (beds for two), 1 bedroom with double bed, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom/WC. Loft in the apartment is not in use due to the absence of emergency exit. Shared ski maintenance room with ski waxing table. The storeroom shared with the owner. Cozy apartment in a row house in Yllasjarvi, close to the services. House is located in the flat plot. Skibus 200 m. Illuminated ski trail 200 m. Ski lifts in Sport Resort Yllas 2,5 km and Lapland Hotel Yllas-Saaga 2,5 km. Final cleaning is included in the price. Bed linen can be rented. Pets are not allowed. Note! Wall outlets for car heating in the cabin wall. It is recommended to bring a long heating cable.
