Description

Cozy, spacious and well-equipped cabin lying at the foot of the fell Yllastunturi in Yllasjarvi Palovaara area. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".

Nice holiday destination even for multiple families. Illuminated ski trail, hiking trail and cycling trail run 100 meters away. The distance to the Yllasjarvi gondola-style ski lift is only 3 km. During the summer, the gondola also offers access to the fells to admire the scenery. The SkiBus stop is just a few hundred meters away offering easy access to the ski slopes. Railway station in Kolari municipality center 36 km, bus connection to the hotel Yllasrinne located nearby. The spacious kitchen, dining area and big living room offer nice facilities to spend time together. There is a necessary kitchen equipment for making food, even for a larger group. The fireplace is creating a nice atmosphere. There are three bedrooms in the cabin, two have double beds and one have two bunk beds. Total area is 104² m plus 17 m² small loft. A Small loft is offering two more sleeping sites. Steep stairs to the loft. Electric sauna can be switched on to wait returning from outdoor activities. Two showers offering comfort to sauna session. Ski maintenance and storage space right inside the door next to the lobby. There is a drying space for shoes and skiing shoes (instead of drying cabinet) creating an easy and comfortable holiday. Two toilets, washing machine and tumble dryer are helping with holiday practical arrangements. The terrace offers nice possibilities to enjoy of landscapes during the snowless period. There is a shared hut located in the area. The cabin has child equipment; e.g. travel bed, high chair for a baby and potty. In addition, kicksled, sleds and toys. Other equipment includes TV, DVD/CD player, 2 x fridge/freezer, hairdryer, iron and board and WLAN. The internet connection also enables teleworking at the cabin. The village of Yllasjarvi is 2,5 km away, there is a grocery shop, gas station, swimming beach, playground and lean-to shelter in the village. Restaurant and souvenir shops near Yllasjarvi village and ski lifts. There are also spa and gym in connection to the hotel Saaga. Hotel Saaga is located right next to the ski slopes. Final cleaning is included in the prices. Bed linen can be rented. One (1) pet allowed. Additional pet fee.
