Description
40km northeast of Kolari, Yllasjarvi 2,5km, beach 4km. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Snag built semi-detached apartment built in 1988. Kitchen-living room, two bedrooms both with two separate beds, upstairs(9m2), sauna(electric), bathroom, separate wc. Bathroom and sauna renovated in 2014. Open porch. Loft is not suitable for accommodation because of lack of emergency exit. Apartment is rented max. for 4 people. Notice! Firewood is not included in the price. You can buy firewoods for example from Eelin kauppa. Charging of electric and hybrid cars from the heating pole/cabin is prohibited. A Cozy semi-detached apartment in Yllasjarvi village, Palovaara area. The location is excellent considering wintersports and hiking routes are nearby. The Closest hotel is Yllasrinne. No pets allowed. Final cleaning is included in the price, bed linen can be leased.
