Description

Spacious half of log semi-detached house unit 2008, two storeys. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".

Located in the Nuottirakka part of Levi Tourist Centre. There are sauna, 3 showers, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets in the apartment. Sauna is upstairs and there is a hydro massage bath for 2 persons. There are three bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. There is a motorised American double bed, width 160 cm in one of the upstairs bedrooms. There is also one normal bed and an extra bed which opens out in that same bed room. There are 2 beds in the other upstairs bedroom. There is also a sleeping place on the loft, which is the upstairs lounge hall. There are 2 beds in the bedroom downstairs. Additionally, there is a a convertible sofa/double bed in the dining room. The downstairs dining area is equipped for conferences/meetings, with a video projector, motorised screen (white), WLAN internet connection (speed 1 MB) and karaoke equipment. Downstairs the apartment is equipped for the disabled. Apartments A and B can be combined via a connecting door, if desired. Tumble dryer. Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price in all bookings of over 3 nights (please do not add those serveices to Your reservation). Final cleaning for all bookings of 3 nights or LESS is for extra charge, unless the customer wishes to do the proper cleaning himself. Bed linen made up on beds for extra charge €18/person for 1 -3 days bookings. Well-equipped apartment close to all Levicentre services. Closest ski slope is the Levicentre one, 0.9 km away, spa 1.0 km, restaurants 0.8 – 1.0 km. Airport Kittila 10 km. Baby cot and high chair on request. Owner rents out snowmobile. Hot tub for extra charge (should be booked when making the accommodation reservation, payment to the apartment owner beforehand). Lockable ski storage and ski maintenance room. Bookings for periods of less than one week accepted at all times. -25 % discount from B apartment price, if book both apartments A and B together. -25 % discount of apartment prices when you book extra week!
