170 km north of Rovaniemi, in Kulmarakka part of Levi Holiday Centre. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Wood-panelled apartment in semi-detached house, built in 2009. Downstairs living room/kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, sauna, washroom, toilet. Upstairs bedroom with double bed (window without glass towards downstairs), another bedroom with 2 beds. Upstairs' bedrooms have sloping ceilings. Toilet also upstairs. Storage where drying cupboard for clothes. Internet-connection (wireless, speed 8 Mt), air source heat pump. The washing machine has also drying function. Comfortable apartment in Levi holiday centre. Ski trail 200 m, “first snow trail” 700 m. Nearest slope is Koillisrinne, 0.9 km away, Levi Centre’s Eturinne 4.5 km. Golf course 0.9 km, Levi Centre and spa 4.5 km. Firewood not included in rent.
