Description
250 km north of Rovaniemi, near the village Raattamaa and Pallastunturi fell. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Lake Hommajarvi 70 m (length 230 m, width 170 m), deep shore, pier. Shore is in shared use with couple of cottages. Wooden chalet, built in 2014. Living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with two beds (total 180 cm wide bed), another with a double bed 160 cm, sleeping loft with 1 mattress, 1 inflatable mattress and 2 folding mattresses. Sauna and bathroom (2 showers), 2 toilets. 3 TVs, wireless 4G. Yard building where one can eg. wax skiis. Exercise equipment and tv. Two fatbikes available, a mountain bike and children's bike. 4 pairs of snowshoes. A cozy cottage, with large windows that open Pallastunturi spectacular fell scenery. Quiet area, only couple of other cottages in the area. Ski trail beside. All the area services nearby: hotel Vuontispirtti 1km (open in high season), reindeer farm 5.5 km, where canoe rental and possibility for meals. Nearest shop, restaurant and riding stables in Raattama village 6 km. Pallastunturi ski resort and visitor center 33 km. No pets allowed (prohibited after 10/2016). Neighboring cottage 10009 Villa Biegga.
