Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the prices on weeks 1-17 and 35-53 (week 17 only when booking ends latest on Saturday). Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".

Additionally 1 ski pass during winter season beginning from November. 170 km north of Rovaniemi, in Levi, right in the center within walking distance of all the center services. Two-storey apartment in an Alpine-style house, built in 2009. In the kitchen-living room corner sofa, downstairs bedroom double bed, upstairs bedroom with two single beds, upstairs living area with two single sofa beds, sauna, shower room / WC, 2 balconies (on the slopes side, access to one of the balconies through upstairs bedroom), WC also upstairs. In the apartment there is 2 TVs (cable TV), child safety gates on the stairs, a children's travel cot (not included pillow and mattress), high chair and a potty. Hair dryer. Ski maintenance room in the building and equipment in the downstairs storage. Note! For 1st of May (vappu) reservations, the caretaker charges the customer a security deposit of 150 e in cash (refundable when everything is in order on the day of departure). Stylish and comfortable apartment on the second floor of the alpine house. Bedrooms are located on peaceful inner courtyard. Good location in the center of Levi. The nearest ski slope is Eturinne, which is only 400 away. The ski bus goes near the house. Please note that in this place bookings end on departure day at 11.00. Pets are not allowed in this cottage starting January 2022.
