Description

Prices include final cleaning during weeks 1-17 and 35-53 (please don't add final cleaning service to Your reservation during previously mentioned weeks, thank You). Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".

At other times final cleaning can be ordered separately (weeks 18-34) if client does not want to clean himself. Additionally 2 ski passes are included during winter season beginning from November. 170 km north of Rovaniemi, Lansirinne area in Levi center near Gondoli cable car lift. Apartment in silver log semidetached house, built in 2005. Downstairs: combined living room-kitchen, two bedrooms (two beds in each), electric sauna, wash room with 2 showers, room with fireplace, separate toilet and large terrace. Entrance to the terrace from living room and from dressing room. Upstairs: two bedrooms (two beds in each), toilet also in upstairs. Play corner for children. Extra beds in upstairs: four convertible chair beds. Entrance to the balcony from one bedroom. Utility room, which also serves as drying room. Storeroom where clients can put their own skis and bicycles, snowmobile etc. Also ski waxing facilities. The upstairs lounge has children's "own world", where is for example DVD player and 24" television, cars and other toys. The space is decorated with colors which children usually like and furnished with small furnitures. There is also children's bathtub, cutlery and dining trays. Downstairs there is 49" LG Smart Tv. There are also wi-fi, overhead projector, projection screen, two fire places (in the living room and in the dressing room), tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, first aid cupboard etc. Cookware is wide and varied, tableware is for 14 people. Mechanical ventilation in whole apartment. Note! For Vappu reservations, the caretaker charges the customer a security deposit of 150 e in cash (refundable when everything is in order on the day of departure). Note! Apartment Aatu is high-quality, well-equipped and comfortable silver log apartment which is also childrenfriedly equipped. The apartment is located on the western slope, one of the top spots Levi. The nearest lift is racing slope's,gondola lift, to which by foot along a walking road 300 m, by car 800 m. Levi Centre with eg. Spa and many restaurants 3.1 km. Neighbouring apartment Beetu (13194). It is not allowed to bring hot tube. Please notice that check-out time is at 11 am.
