Description

260 km north of Rovaniemi, in Saariselka holiday center (Kaunispaa fell / southern slope). Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".

Integrated log villa, built in 2010. Between the villas storage room (width 4 m). Rooms on three floors. The middle floor: kitchen-living room, bedroom with two single beds connected, can be separated if necessary (from the bedroom entrance to the utility room via walk-in closet) and terrace. On the ground floor there is sauna (electric stove), washroom (2 showers), living room with fireplace and toilet. In the fireplace room there is sofa bed. Upstairs there is loft with 3 beds, in connection with the loft there is bedroom with 2 single beds (sloping roof and sliding door). Please note that the cottage can be booked maximum for 7 persons. Balcony. Warm ski maintenance room and storage room. Villa is equipped also with air source heat pump, refrigerator in fireplace room, 2 TVs (one in fireplace room), wireless Internet 4G, iron and ironing board, 2 hair dryer and gas grill. Three sets of snowshoes, two kick sleds, sledges and sliders for guests to use. Cot = baby's travel bed. A house building starts on the adjacent plot (approx. 50 m) in autumn 2021, which may occasionally cause noise nuisance. Stylish villa. From kitchen windows spectacular views of the mountain terrain and surrounding landscape. Owner lives as a neigbor and is there to help you if needed; however doesn't bother you during the holiday. Pets are welcome and pet fee 40€/pet/reservation will be charged on spot by the owner. To the top of Kaunispaa fell 800 m by foot, 1.2 km by car. Cross-country skiing track nearby, the owner makes a connection track from the yard. Kaunispaa lifts' upper station 1.2 km, lower-station along the road 3.2 km. Saariselka center walking along the road 1.6 km, by car 2 km. Ivalo Airport 28 km. Ivalo 30 km. The nearest bus stop approx. 500 m. Ivalo airport shuttle bus back and forth (by separate payment). Final cleaning, bed linen and bathropes (for adults) are included in all prices.
