Beautifully situated massive log cabin built in 2011 by lake Inarijarvi on the shore of Nanguvuono. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".

Good, sandy beach 30 m from cabin, jetty, rowing boat, outboard motor 2,2 hp for rent. Combined kitchen-livingroom, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, sleeping alcove on the loft (curtain at the doorway) with 2 beds, loft (15 sqm) with 2 sofa beds and 2 extra beds. Tumble dryer. Electric sauna in the same building. Two showers. Inhouse wc and outhouse wc. Area of the cabin 108 m² of which 15 m² on the loft. Please, notice that if you will not book final cleaning in advance and however leave the cabin uncleaned or don't clean it good enough, the owner will charge higher cleaning fee than if booked in advance (minimum 300€). Great and well equipped holiday cabin for people interested in fishing, boat trips, picking berries and mushrooms and hiking. Great destination also for day trips around Inari. Trolling in Inarijarvi allowed with Wild North lure permission or with municipality fishing permit (1 rod allowed). Possible to buy net fishing permit to cabin owners' own water area. Wild North hunting areas in the neighbourhood. Cabin owners' land (60 ha) according to agreement. Berry- and mushroom picking areas start from cabin yard. Veskoniemi boat dock by boat 4 km. Shop and petrol station in Ivalo 30 km. In winter snowmobile route on ice 400 m. Internet connection with WiFi wireless router (allows the use of multiple devices, eg for teleworking), 2 television sets and air source heat pump. Own well (water is examined). Engine (2,2, hp) for rowboat can be rented from owner 50 e /week (doesn't include petrol) and another bigger boat Buster XS+Honda 15 hp /week, rent 190 e/week in year 2020-2021 (doesn't include petrol) fishing gear. The cottage is equipped with 8 pairs of snowshoes, 2 sleds for children, a kicksled, a fishing pole and a few fishing rods with lure. The cabin can be reached by car all the year round.
