Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double sofabed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Large balcony. Box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Each booking includes a 120 litre residual waste bag. More rubbish bags can be purchased from the key holder at a cost of 7.50€ per bag. Detailed house rules will be given to all guests on arrival and is a mandatory part of the booking. A dog weighing up to 15 kg is accepted at an extra charge of 75€ per stay. In the district of Rettenbach 3 km from the centre of St Johann in Tirol, in the district Kitzbuhel, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the edge of the forest, 8 km from the lake, 3.6 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kitzbuhel Hahnenbahn 12.2 km, Kitzbuhel Hornbahn 11.5 km, Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser 8 km. Hiking paths: Kitzbuehler Alpen, Wilder Kaiser. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
