Oil heating. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and Schladming. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 1.5 km long steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises.
