Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and Grimming. Facilities: sauna, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (5 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. In the district of Kranzbach 3 km from the centre of Grobming, 14 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 22 km from the centre of Schladming, in a sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 30 ha with meadow, courtyard, swimming pool round fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Aich" 11 km. Mountain railway 16 km, ski lift 13 km.
