Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (5 cars). Please note: 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. From the large sun terrace you can really enjoy the snowy mountains in the evening light. Up to 12 people, there are 4 bedrooms. Up to 24 people, there are 8 bedrooms. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. In a central position, 900 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large terraced garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 5 cars, limited number of spaces). Grocery 500 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 100 m. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m, mountain railway, slopes, ski rental, ski school 900 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). There is a car e-charging station available (€ 18.00 per charge).
