WC's. Top floor: with sloping ceilings, 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. With sloping ceilings, 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. Sep. WC. Balcony. Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. In the house: lounge, sun terrace, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km. Ski lift 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Golm/Latschau 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
