Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the balcony. Top floor: 2 double bedrooms. Bath/bidet/WC, double hand-basin with corner bath. Electric heating, gas heating. Small balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher. Separate gas grill outside. The outdoor sauna is a Finnish dry sauna with a wonderful panoramic view. Not included: infusion oils / fragrances. Internet access cannot be guaranteed due to the geographic location.
In the district of Kliening, in a sunny position on a slope, 600 m from the skiing area. Private: natural state property. In the house: with TV, WiFi, sauna, infrared sauna, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, lake Langssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztorl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Langssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended.
