Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue, box-room. Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, terrace, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 2 km long steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.1 km, railway station "Fugen" 3.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3.2 km, indoor swimming pool 3.2 km. Ski lift 3.2 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The owner lives on the same property.
