From Kuusamo center 4 km to southeast, Tolpanniemi-area. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Lake Kuusamojarvi 80 m with rowing boat and life jackets, public beach 300 m for swimming. Log cottage built in 2005. Upstairs: combined kitchen and living room, bedroom 1-2: 2 beds. Downstairs: electric sauna, bedroom: 2 beds, living room: 3 beds. Separate log cottage in peaceful area, by the lake Kuusamojarvi. Ski resort Ruka 32 km. Additional equipments: children`s swing, karaoke. The cottage has a 16 A power outlet for charging an electric car, payment of the charging to the owner. Additional information: Owner speaks Finnish, English and Russian. Other distances: Holiday Club Kuusamon Tropiikki -Spa, Angry Birds activity park and Kuusamo Golf 8 km. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
