"Kammspitze", 4-room apartment 70 m2, on the upper ground floor. Auberg 16 km from Schladming: Child friendly, cosy, simple working farm "Hirzhof", 1'170 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, surrounded by meadows and fields.

Very simple and rustic furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, shower/WC. Walk-through room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Outside the resort, in a secluded, elevated position, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: property with natural garden, meadow. Volleyball court, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox), petting farm. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Available: sledges. Bread roll service. Steep motor access to the grounds (1.2 km via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bakery 6 km, bathing lake "Freizeitsee Aich" 6.5 km. Riding stable, walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 500 m, skisport facilities, slopes 300 m, ski rental, ski school, children's ski school, ski-kindergarten 500 m, ice field 6.5 km. Nearby attractions: Abenteuerpark Grobming 17 km, Dachstein Gletscherbahn 29 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4-Berge Schischaukel - Hauser Kaibling 9 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Steirischer Bodensee 7 km. Hiking paths: Schladminger Tauern, Solktaler. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives on the same property. Animals in the neighbourhood. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Access is via a toll road. Tariff 2020: € 3.30 / person. For guests of the Hirzhof, the toll applies for the entire duration of their stay for multiple journeys on the road. For groups renting several apartments, there is a large lounge on the ground floor.
